User Types
MediaPASS provides multiple levels of access for Administrators, Users, and Visitors/Clients. Each user has specific functionality that they're capable of completing. While Users are able to Add, Modify, and Delete entries that are uploaded by both Users and Clients, Clients may only upload and view media. Administrators have access to all files for modification and deletion and may also create and edit accounts.

Interface
All account, project, and media administration is completed through intuitive Web interfaces, so users never need to access databases directly or know programming. Functionality operates similar to adding attachments to most Webmail clients and allows for simple, but comprehensive options. Users and Clients may even add comments with full HTML (rich-text) functionality, embed graphics and links, and design the layout of their postings.

Protection
All projects require authentication for access. This disables passers-by from stumbling upon projects, especially where confidentiality is key. Clients from one project cannot view assets from another project, unless specified in their user accounts, and can never view projects for other clients. Files known to carry viruses (pif, vbs, etc.) are automatically blocked from MediaPASS to deter malicious acts. MediaPASS can be set to archive old documents at a frequency of your choosing.
