ERA//404 TIMEBANK FEATURES
Organization
era//404 TimeBank 2.0's reconfigured workflows enable enhanced organization over previous versions and competing timekeeping systems.
- System administrators easily manage projects (add, edit and remove expired) in only a few steps
- Project settings are defined at the time of creation or updated while in progress
- Salespersons are assigned to projects to keep record of commission schedules
- Subcontracted laborers are permitted access to some projects and denied to others, to keep project personnel secure and organized.
Access Levels
era//404 TimeBank 2.0 offers three different access levels for the three different usertypes:
- Administrator - Global access for project and user management, system reporting and statistics views, and advanced time "banking" controls for banked labor, including: add, edit, remove, mark invoiced, mark paid, etc.
- Subcontractors - Access to Administrator-assigned projects for banking (add/edit/remove only) labor. Limited project reporting provides contractors with access to records limited to the information they need without jeopardizing Administrator control of information.
- Clients - Access to Administrator-assigned projects for reviewing banked labor, posting project- and task-specific communications for documented approvals throughout the project's lifetime. Limited project reporting provides clients with access to records limited to the information they need without jeopardizing Administrator control of information.
Interface
Intuitive and wizard-oriented, era//404 TimeBank's interface can be as simple to navigate as filling out a paper timecard,
yet as functionally-rich as higher-priced scheduling systems. Each page of TimeBank features a collapsable calendar pane,
for easy reference of date and pay/billing schedules. Administrators can click easily between the tab-organized pages to:
- Bank Time
- Manage Projects
- Manage Users
- Generate Reports
- View System-wide Statistics
- Create and Distribute Communications to project personnel
Administrators can also mark incoming communications as read or unread to keep track of project requests or task-related notes, such as client sign-offs.
Statistics
era//404 TimeBank 2.0 also reports intuitive statistics and project tracking, such as:
- Projects Summary - System-wide snapshot of live projects, detailing: budgeted amount, banked total, variance (agreement budget vs overages), and totals invoiced and archived/paid.
- Tasks & Labor - Project-by-project drilldowns of labor performed in regard to task/total and contractor/total, as shown (see screenshot above).
- Period Summary - Collapsible labor and totals reports by billing/invoicing period.
- Sales Credits Schedule - Commission option is defined at installation as percent-based or flat commission (by banked total). Statistics page shows commission total for each salesperson, and drilldown for realtime review of sales commission per project.
- Standard Access Log - Monitor clients' most recent session date/time and total access sessions.
- Suspicious Access Log - All failed access attempts are logged by IP and originating domain, system page and account used (if any).
